The "Home Nursing Research Laboratory" was founded in 2023 and belongs to the Community Nursing & Public Health Nursing Sector of the Nursing Department of the School of Health Sciences and Welfare of the University of Western Attica.
Its establishment was established by the Feasibility Report submitted by the founding members of the "Community Nursing and Public Health Nursing" Sector.

• Marianna Mantzorou, Assistant Professor of Gerontological Nursing with an emphasis on the care of elderly people with dementia and their caregivers
• Paraskevi Apostolara, Assistant Professor of Community Nursing with an emphasis on Intercultural Health
• Alexandra-Xeni Mantoudi, Assistant Professor of Palliative Nursing with an emphasis on Complementary Alternative Therapies
and from the "Basic Nursing" Department
• Alexandra Korelis, Assistant Professor of Perioperative Nursing with an emphasis on participatory decision-making.
